New Amsterdam Theater

New Amsterdam Theater Disney restored and reopened this historic theater on West 42nd Street in New York City, to help with the company’s expanding commitment to live entertainment. The theater opened May 18, 1997, with a world premiere concert performance of Alan Menken and Tim Rice’s King David, following several previews.
