One More Disney Day Advertised as an extra day of magic, this event kept both Disneyland and Magic Kingdom Park open for 24 hours straight, from 6 a.m. on February 29 to 6 a.m. on March 1, 2012. In 2013, the “Monstrous Summer All-Nighter” kept both parks, along with Disney California Adventure, open from 6 a.m. on May 24 to 6 a.m. on May 25. A “Rock Your Disney Side Party” kept all three parks open from 6 a.m. May 23 to 6 a.m. May 24, 2014. Disneyland had been open for 24 hours or more on earlier occasions, including a celebration for the park’s 30th birthday on July 17, 1985, and for a 60-hour party celebrating Captain EO in 1986.
