Mad Tea Party Fantasyland attraction at Disneyland; opened on July 17, 1955; it was closed in 1982-83 and moved to a new location. Based on the sequence from the 1951 film, Alice in Wonderland. Guests spin, and can control their speed, in giant tea cups in a ride best not taken just after having eaten lunch.
