Horse-Drawn Streetcars Main Street vehicles at Disneyland; began on July 17, 1955. The tracks part halfway down Main Street to form double tracks so that two streetcars can pass each other. The majestic Belgian horses pulling the streetcars are the last remaining horses utilized daily in the park, and they greatly add to the atmosphere of a turn-of-the-century street. Also in the Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World beginning October 1, 1971 and at Disneyland Paris, beginning April 12, 1992.
