Figaro and Cleo (film) Figaro cartoon; released on October 15, 1943. Directed by Jack Kinney. Figaro, the cat, tries various methods to catch Cleo, the goldfish, but is scolded for his efforts. When Cleo’s bowl accidentally falls on Figaro’s head, his owner momentarily thinks he has drowned, and pampers him. Figaro and Cleo eventually become friends.
