DaGradi, Don

DaGradi, Don (1911-1991) Storyman/writer who was first a writer on the shorts, then on such films as Pinocchio, Bambi, Fantasia, Dumbo, Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, Lady and the Tramp, and Sleeping Beauty. He co-wrote, with Bill Walsh, the scripts for Mary Poppins; Son of Flubber; Lt. Robin Crusoe, U.S.N.; Blackbeard’s Ghost; and Bedknobs and Broomsticks. He received the Disney Legends award posthumously in 1991.
