Caravan Pictures Headed by Joe Roth and Roger Birnbaum, signed an exclusive agreement with Disney in 1993 to produce at least 25 films to be distributed by Buena Vista Pictures Distribution. Their first pictures included Angie, Angels in the Outfield, The Three Musketeers, I Love Trouble, A Low Down Dirty Shame, Houseguest, The Jerky Boys, Heavyweights. Caravan ceased to exist in 1999, and a new company, Spyglass Entertainment, headed by Roger Birnbaum and Gary Barber, succeeded it.
