Co-founded by cousins Kim and Tyler Malek, Salt & Straw makes award-winning ice cream that tells the story of artisans, farmers, and meaningful food movements. They create a menu of 13 classic flavors, alongside monthly rotating menus that reflect culinary trends, seasonal ingredients, and relevant cultural events.

July can never come soon enough, and with it, our jammiest lineup of the year. Out here on the West Coast, we're lucky to have access to some of the best berries around: Oregon-bred marionberries, juicy blackberries, sweet strawberries, wild-foraged huckleberries, and vibrant raspberries at their peak.

This year's Berries Series celebrates everything we love about the season, from nostalgic summer desserts to unexpected flavor combinations that showcase just how versatile berries can be. Berry season is fleeting, so we're making every scoop count.

Flavor Lineup

Birthday Cakes and Blackberries:

Hunks of birthday cake flecked with rainbow sprinkles folded into salted vanilla ice cream and ribboned with juicy blackberry jam.

Strawberry Pretzel Salad: 

Cream cheese ice cream swirled with crunchy pretzel crumble and ribbons of vibrant strawberry jam, inspired by the beloved Midwestern potluck classic.

Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero: 

Tangy goat cheese frozen yogurt paired with a fruity, fiery marionberry-habanero jam swirl for the perfect sweet-and-spicy bite.

Huckleberry Oat Crisp with Foraged Porcini: 

Porcini and maple ice cream swirled with bright huckleberry jam and crunchy rosemary oatmeal lace cookies for a rich, forest-inspired scoop.

Raspberry Marzipan Princess Cake (v):
