Scrooge McDuck’s new accountant Fenton Crackshell becomes a superhero by means of a robotic suit. He fights the Beagle Boys’ attempt to steal Scrooge’s fortune by building a highway through the site of the money vault. The battle continues at the bottom of the sea and in outer space.
