On January 18, 2002, Walt Disney Pictures’ live-action comedy Snow Dogs raced into theaters. Directed by Brian Levant, Snow Dogs stars Cuba Gooding, Jr. as Ted Brooks, a dentist from Miami, Florida, who receives a letter from Alaska telling him that he is the heir of Lucy Watkins. It is then his mother reveals that he was adopted. In an attempt to claim the inheritance left him by his biological mother, Ted travels to the tiny town of Tolketna, but he quickly discovers that his inheritance is not quite what he expected; in fact, it’s seven Siberian Huskies and one Border Collie. Completely out of his element, Ted is faced with blizzards, thin ice, chaos, and more!
