Co-founded by cousins Kim and Tyler Malek, Salt & Straw makes award-winning ice cream that tells the story of artisans, farmers, and meaningful food movements. They create a menu of 13 classic flavors, alongside monthly rotating menus that reflect culinary trends, seasonal ingredients, and relevant cultural events.
In February 2026, chocolate takes center scoop with five sensational flavors created in partnership with our favorite chocolatiers from across the country.
From caramel confections to single-origin toasted tortes, white-chocolate cheesecake, and more, each flavor is a love letter to these makers’ unique approach to their craft—and to everyone whose love language is chocolate.

Chocolate Almond Gold Bar
Almond caramel chocolate bars chopped into bite-sized bits and tossed into a salted vanilla ice cream, tied together with ribbons of burnt caramel and dark chocolate stracciatella.
Cake Batter Chocolate Fudge
Decadent cake batter ice cream speckled with rainbow sprinkles and “frosted” with swirls of brown butter chocolate fudge.
Chocolate Toasted Buttermilk Torte
Oregon-honey milk chocolate frozen yogurt swirled with ribbons of caramelized toasted-buttermilk fudge, spiced graham cracker crumbles, and decadent chocolate cake.
Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake
Layers of white chocolate cream cheese ganache, golden graham cracker crumbs, and tart raspberry jam folded into a tart, creamy raspberry strawberry ice cream.
Cocoa Nib Root Beer Float (v)
Sweet and aromatic cocoa nib root beer sorbet threaded with rich ribbons of 70% Ecuadorian dark chocolate fudge.
