Parking and Transportation
Guests with resort reservations at Coronado Springs

May park near their room or use valet (standard valet rates apply).

Must use a Key to the World Card or MagicBand to confirm reservation at security.

No driving to the Convention Center—please walk or take a Disney bus to Stop 1 – Tower (Gran Destino).

Additional bus service to the Convention Center runs 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
Guests without resort reservations

Must park offsite at ESPN Wide World of Sports (August 29–31).

Shuttles will drop off at the Convention Center entrance.

Rideshare drop-off/pick-up is at El Centro (limited availability and potential delays due to holiday demand).

Shuttles:
- From Coronado Springs: 7:15 PM–11:30 PM.
- Shuttles from Typhoon Lagoon to Coronado and ESPN will run throughout the event (until 11:30 PM).
- From Disney Springs: 7:15 PM–12:00 AM.
- Guests staying at other Disney Resorts are encouraged to take existing Disney transportation to Disney Springs and take the Typhoon Lagoon transfer beginning at 7:30 PM.

Please take a peek at the eats offered at Destination D23. Our foodie friends at Coronado Springs have sprung into action to serve D23 Members during the multi-day occasion, including restaurants, food trucks and more! Bite into the bites you can expect at Destination D23.
As you plan where you are going to eat throughout the weekend, keep in mind that we will not be asking everyone to clear the event hall during the lunch period. Please keep personal property with you at all times and do not leave any items unattended. D23 Management and the Destination D23 staff are not responsible for lost or missing property.

Lunch vouchers will only be available through pre-purchase on Friday, August 29, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; or until capacity is reached. You will redeem your lunch voucher in Coronado L ballroom on Saturday, August 30; and/or Sunday, August 31. At this time, there are no plans to sell Build Your Own Bowl vouchers on Saturday or Sunday.
Please note: all menus above are subject to change; changes will be reflected in My Disney Experience and on-site. Please check the Walt Disney World app, on-site at the event, for Mobile Ordering options as they may be different from non-event days.
Last but not least, if you prefer to order food delivery from off-property, Uber Eats/Door Dash/Postmates are also options. If you choose to go this route, deliveries will take place at the Grand Destino Tower. Food deliveries will NOT take place at the Convention Space.

Event badges were mailed in advance and will be required to access the event spaces on Friday, August 29 through Sunday, August 31.
If we were not able to mail your badge due to an address error or you are an international guest, you will be able to pick up your badge starting at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, August 29, from Guest Services, located at North Veracruz Registration.

Queuing for the Presentations
Queues will open for presentations at 6:00 am on Saturday, August 30, and Sunday, August 31. Please note, if you arrive prior to this time, you will be turned away. Unofficial queues will not be honored.
Premier and Preferred ticketed guests will check-in at the South side of the Convention Center, near Veracruz A. General ticketed guests will queue on the East side of the Convention Center. Please follow all signage and Cast Member guidance. All queues will require you to be outside, please plan accordingly.
Your Destination D23 badge and Destination D23 lanyard will be required for entry (the Destination D23 lanyard will be distributed at gift pickup).
Gift Pick-Up
On Friday, August 29, gift pickup will be located in Coronado H; your badge will be required. If you are not able to pick up your gift bag on Friday, it will be available at Guest Services on Saturday or Sunday. Guest Services will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 30, and Sunday, August 31, located at North Veracruz Registration.
Filming and Photography Guidelines
Filming and Photography will be permitted during most panels throughout the weekend, unless otherwise specified prior to the start of the session.
Accessibility for Presentations
Obstructed Views
Due to the configuration of the event space, not every seat will have an unobstructed view of the stage. There will be screens throughout the space to allow for a full viewing experience of daily presentations.
Mobility Devices
All queues are fully wheelchair accessible. Guests are invited to bring and use their own mobility device, such as a wheelchair, scooter (ECV), stroller, cane, or walker, without any special request or item exception tag (subject to certain size restrictions as noted in Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules). Please note that mobility devices are not available for rent at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
To accommodate as many individuals as possible, we ask that guests who are able to transfer to a venue seat do so. ECVs may be parked outside of the designated seating area in the back of the room after guests have transferred to their seats. If guests are unable to transfer to a seat, please notify D23 Guest Services at GuestRelations@D23.com for any accommodation requests.
ASL Interpretation
American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation will be provided for all presentations. If you require ASL seating, and you have not already done so, please notify D23 Guest Services at GuestRelations@D23.com for any accommodation requests.
Assistive Listening
Assistive Listening Devices for presentations are available for daily check-out from Guest Services. Guest Services will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 30, and Sunday, August 31, located at North Veracruz Registration. Please return any checked-out device at the end of each day.
Health and Safety
Face coverings are optional for guests in both indoor and outdoor locations.
