On September 5, 1927, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit hopped onto the silver screen with his theatrical debut, Trolley Troubles. The short was one of 26 silent cartoons made by Walt Disney between 1927 and 1928, featuring his first hit animated Disney character before Mickey Mouse.
