D23 Gold Members Shop ‘til They Drop at Mickey’s of Glendale

D23 Gold Members got their holiday shopping done—and so much more—on Sunday, December 11, at the Mickey’s of Glendale shopping event!

When Members arrived for their shopping spree at the employee store on the Walt Disney Imagineering campus, they could purchase exclusive WDI merchandise as well as other fun and amazing Disney Parks and Resorts items. Members left with goods featuring their favorite characters and brands—including Mickey’s of Glendale’s recent collaboration with D23, celebrating The Muppet Christmas Carol’s 30th anniversary, which was a big hit!

When not shopping, Members could explore the Walt Disney Imagineering campus, which was decked out in holiday cheer. Starbucks was open for Members to keep warm by enjoying favorite holiday drink while mixing and mingling.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a true Disney fan event without some pin trading! Members brought some of their favorite pins to trade with each other, enhancing their collections. In further pin-related news, Mickey’s of Glendale offered all attending Members the chance to pre-order their new The Muppet Christmas Carol pin collection.
