What happens if my payment fails?

For D23 Gold Members in the United States, D23 will automatically charge the annual membership fee to the payment method provided until you cancel. Ensure the payment method is the one you would like to use for your Membership renewal by following the steps below:

Select “My Profile” from the Membership dropdown to access your Account information.

Step 3:

Verify that the payment method in the “Payment Information” section is the one you would like to use for your Membership renewal. If no payment method is attached to your Membership, please add a credit card.

Step 4:

Verify that the shipping address is where you would like your D23 Gold Membership offerings delivered. If no delivery address is attached to your Membership, please add a new U.S. address.

Major credit cards are required for purchasing a Gold Membership plan. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We cannot accept gift cards, Disney Rewards® Redemption Cards, PayPal, Visa Checkout, Apple Pay™, or any other form of payment.

How do I update my billing address?

What’s the difference between Gold Essential, Choice, and Complete?

Can I change my Membership plan after renewal?

Upgrading your Membership just takes a few simple steps!

Step 1:

Select “My Profile” from the Membership dropdown to access your Account information.

Step 3:

Select “Upgrade” from the left menu.

Step 4:

Select the “Upgrade Today” button for any of the three (3) D23 Gold Membership Plans to upgrade. Follow the prompts to confirm. Congratulations! You have upgraded your D23 Membership.

You may also upgrade at any time during your Membership.

Notes: Upgrading your Membership mid-cycle does not extend your existing renewal date.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel after renewal?

D23 Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, and there are no credits or refunds for partial-year cancellations.

However, you can cancel the renewal of your Membership by following the steps below.

Select Modify/Cancel from the left menu.

Step 4:

Select the Cancel Your Gold Membership link then follow the prompts to confirm.

What if I don’t select a premium item before my renewal?

When will I receive my premium item?

Essential Plan:

Your D23 Gold Membership Kit (including your Membership Card, Membership Certificate, Member Pin & Magnet) will ship 8-10 weeks after enrollment or renewal.

Choice (with Pin Set, Spirit Jersey, or Fan Bundle as Premium selection) Plan:

Your D23 Gold Membership Kit (including your Membership Card, Membership Certificate, Member Pin & Magnet) and your One (1) D23 Membership Premium Item will ship 8-12 weeks after enrollment or renewal, unless otherwise noted by Disney.

Choice (with Book/Plaque selected as Premium selection) Plan:

Your D23 Gold Membership Kit (including your Membership Card, Membership Certificate, Member Pin & Magnet) and your One (1) D23 Membership Premium Item will begin shipping Spring 2025, or on your renewal date as applicable, whichever is later.

Complete Plan:

Your D23 Gold Membership Kit (including your Membership Card, Membership Certificate, Member Pin & Magnet) and Four (4) D23 Membership Premium Items will begin shipping Spring 2025, or on your renewal date as applicable, whichever is later.
