Join the “Parkside Birder Club” at Vista Parkside Market and learn tips and tricks from our expert bartenders—and choose Vista's next cocktail of the month.
The mixology class structure is as simple as syrup: Vista bartenders will present three cocktails to the guests. Guests will taste-test and vote for their favorite. Our bartenders will then teach the group how to make the winning cocktail. Said winning cocktail will be featured on the Vista menu for the next month!
And here’s the best part: At the end of 2026, the best-performing cocktail throughout the year will be permanently added to the menu for the next year.
