D23 Spotlight Series: Halloween Boo-nanza

D23 Gold Members are invited to join us for a spooktacular evening at D23’s Halloween Boo-nanza event, to be held at Disney’s Grand Central Creative Campus in Glendale, CA! For this special D23 Spotlight Series event celebrating the Halloween season, there will be a two-part program, beginning with our frightfully factual friends at the Walt Disney Archives, who will explore The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (1949), followed by a panel discussion from Walt Disney Imagineering as they give D23 Members an inside look into “Illusioneering” within attractions like the Haunted Mansion, and more!

For more Halloween-helmed fun, get ready for trick-or-treating candy stations, complimentary bites & treats (while supplies last), a DJ spinning terrifyingly good tunes, photo ops, plus carnival-style games and activities! Finally, show up in costume* to leave us truly deceased whilst you eat. Spooktacular surprises abound as we invite you to join us for some surefire fall-themed fun!

D23 is teaming up with partners across The Walt Disney Company, including the Walt Disney Archives and Walt Disney Imagineering in 2025, for the new D23 Spotlight Series. These in-person events will take fans deeper into unique topics such as a celebration of the Walt Disney Archives’ 55th anniversary, a look into Indiana Jones attractions at Disney Parks both past, present, and future, along with more topics throughout the year!

NOTES

Ticketing Terms and Conditions:

• D23 Gold Members may reserve a ticket for themselves and up to three (3) guests for this event.
• Each attendee, including the D23 Member and their guest(s), must possess a valid, individual event ticket to be admitted.
• Ticket quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• To reserve tickets, D23 Gold Members must log in using their valid D23 Member account credentials.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the individual(s) named at the time of purchase.

Age Requirements:

• All guests under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must also possess a valid event ticket.
• Children under the age of three (3) may attend without a ticket but must lap sit due to limited capacity and be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian with a valid event ticket. Only children with a valid event ticket will receive event gifts, giveaways, and concession vouchers.

Entry Requirements:

• All D23 Members must present a valid D23 Membership card (physical or digital via the D23 app) along with a valid event ticket at check-in.
• Failure to present a valid membership card, a corresponding ticket, and a valid government issued ID matching the name on their ticket may result in denial of admission without refund or further obligation by D23.
• All attendees over the age of eighteen (18) will be required to show a valid government-issued ID at registration. The names of the IDs MUST match the names on each event ticket.
• Each attendee must have a ticket in their possession for entry, and every ticket must match the name submitted at the time of purchase to the attendee’s valid government-issued ID.
• Entrance to the campus will not be permitted if the names do not match.
• Only confirmed ticketed attendees will be able to enter Disney’s Grand Central Creative Campus.
• Due to limited parking capacity, only one car will be permitted to park on premises; all D23 Members and their preregistered guests must arrive together in one vehicle.

Event Conduct and Restrictions:

• Unauthorized video or audio recording of any kind during the presentation is strictly prohibited.
• D23 reserves the right to deny admission or remove any individual who fails to comply with event rules, disrupts the event, or violates the terms and conditions of participation.
• To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all D23 Members and guests attending this D23 event are expected to adhere to the stated Disney rules (as applicable, and, including without limitation, with respect to Guest Courtesy Policies) found here.

*Costume Rules:

• Attendees in costume must adhere to the following guidelines:
• Costumes may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or violent.
• Guests may wear costume masks. However, costume masks must not obstruct vision and must be removable. Costume masks must be removed at security screening. Guests are not permitted to wear masks or anything that covers the face in the building.
• Costumes should not drag on the ground.
• Costumes should not contain sharp objects, pointed objects, or materials that may accidentally strike another guest.
• Costumes should not contain any weapons that resemble, can be used as, or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon. Costume swords must be anchored to your costume in such a way that they can’t be drawn. No firearms, projectiles or arrows (simulated or otherwise) will be allowed.
• Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry into the event unless his or her costume can be modified to meet the above standards. The appropriateness of the guest costume will be determined by Disney in its sole discretion.

Event Notes:

• The event will take place rain or shine. Please dress accordingly for outdoor portions of the event.

Any ticketed Members or their guests who do not personally attend the event forfeit their place, as well as all experiences, benefits, and gifts associated with the event. D23 Members must be present or guests will not gain admittance to the event.

All D23 events are subject to change without notice. All ticket sales are final. There are strictly no cancellations or refunds regardless of reason (including, without limitation, due to illness, change in travel plans, etc.) and tickets are not transferable.

PLEASE BE ADVISED – Permission to Film/Photograph/Record: Disney Worldwide Services, Inc. (“Disney”), and its affiliates, vendors, contractors, agents and/or assigns (together, “Producer”), may be taking photos, filming and/or making other recordings during the event you will be attending.
