D23 Spotlight Series: A Spooktacular Spotlight

Guests and ghouls galore are invited to D23’s Spooktacular Spotlight in Orlando, FL, on October 12, 2025! Start the day with an early stroll through Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where you’ll enjoy an exclusive showing of Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After before the park opens. Then, witness a panel discussion from Walt Disney Imagineering as they give D23 Members an inside look into “Illusioneering” within attractions like the Haunted Mansion and more!

Be sure to join us for a terrifyingly good time, as we celebrate the Halloween season with D23’s Spooktacular Spotlight.

This event includes:

• Exclusive showing of Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After at Disney’s Hollywood Studios prior to park opening
• Panel presentation with Walt Disney Imagineering at AMC Disney Springs

Please note: This event will require you to board buses at Disney Spring’s West Side Bus Loop and travel to Disney’s Hollywood Studios; walk from the bus loading area to the theater inside of Disney’s Hollywood Studios to watch Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After; walk back to the bus loading area; board buses back to Disney Springs; then walk to AMC Disney Springs to enjoy the panel presentation by Walt Disney Imagineering.

Admission to Disney’s Hollywood Studios is not included in the price of this event—only the viewing of Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After at Disney’s Hollywood Studios prior to park opening is part of this event. Additionally, no late entry will be accommodated due to the transportation from Disney Springs. There will be no parking available at Hollywood Studios. Please note that the viewing of Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is prior to park opening and there will be no food options available until arrival at Disney Springs post-show. Eating before the event is encouraged.

D23 is teaming up with partners across The Walt Disney Company—including the Walt Disney Archives and Walt Disney Imagineering—for the new D23 Spotlight Series. These in-person events will take fans deeper into unique topics such as a celebration of the Walt Disney Archives’ 55th anniversary and a look into Indiana Jones attractions at Disney Parks both past, present, and future, along with more topics throughout the year!

NOTES

Ticketing Terms and Conditions:

• D23 Gold Members may reserve a ticket for themselves and up to one (1) guest for this event.
• Each attendee, including the D23 Member and their guest(s), must possess a valid, individual event ticket to be admitted.
• Ticket quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• To reserve tickets, D23 Members must log in using their valid D23 Member account credentials and assign a legal first and last name for each guest’s ticket.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the individual(s) named at the time of purchase. D23 Members and each of their guests over the age of 18 may be required to show a valid government issued ID matching the name on their ticket.

Age Requirements:

• All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must also possess a valid event ticket. No guests under the age of 10 will be permitted.

Entry Requirements:

• All D23 Members must present a valid D23 Membership card (physical or digital via the D23 App) along with a valid event ticket at check-in.
• D23 Members and each of their guests over the age of 18 may be required to show a valid government-issued ID matching the name on their ticket.
• Failure to present a valid membership card, a corresponding ticket, and a valid government-issued ID matching the name on their ticket may result in denial of admission without refund or further obligation by D23.
• Guests will be required to park in surface parking in the Watermelon lot at Disney Springs.
• Late guests will not be accommodated and no refunds will be issued.

Event Conduct and Restrictions:

• Unauthorized video or audio recording of any kind during the presentation is strictly prohibited.
• D23 reserves the right to deny admission or remove any individual who fails to comply with event rules, disrupts the event, or violates the terms and conditions of participation.
• To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all D23 Members and guests attending this D23 event are expected to adhere to the stated Disney rules (as applicable, and, including without limitation, with respect to Guest Courtesy Policies) found here.
• No costumes will be permitted for this event.

Any ticketed Members or their guests who do not personally attend the event, forfeit their place, as well as all experiences, benefits, and gifts associated with the event. D23 Members must be present or guests will not gain admittance to the event.

All D23 events are subject to change without notice. All ticket sales are final. There are strictly no cancellations or refunds regardless of reason (including, without limitation, due to illness, change in travel plans, etc.) and tickets are not transferable.

PLEASE BE ADVISED – Permission to Film/Photograph/Record: Disney Worldwide Services, Inc. (“Disney”), and its affiliates, vendors, contractors, agents and/or assigns (together, “Producer”), may be taking photos, filming and/or making other recordings during the event you will be attending.
