Linking your D23 Membership with your Disney+ subscription

Get access to exclusive D23 events, offers, and discounts when your active Disney+ subscription is linked to your D23 Membership.

Disney+ subscription and D23 Membership with the same email address

If you have an active Disney+ subscription with the same email address as your D23 Membership, no additional action is needed!

To check and see if your account is linked, visit account.d23.com and select “Account Overview.”  You may need to logout first and then log back in to account.d23.com to see your account successfully linked.

Disney+ subscription and D23 Membership with different email addresses

If you have an active Disney+ subscription with a different email address from your D23 Membership.

Depending on which email address you’d like to use for both services going forward, follow one of the scenarios below:

Update your D23 Membership email address to match your Disney+ email address.

  • Go to account.d23.com and sign in to your account
  • Select “Account Overview"
  • Select “Update Account Info” and follow instructions for updating your D23 Membership email address
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for change to be reflected

Update your Disney+ email address to match your D23 Membership email address.

  • Visit DisneyPlus.com or launch the app
  • Go to Account under your profile name
  • Select the pencil (edit) icon next to your email address and enter your D23 Membership email address

When you contact them, please ask to have your Disney+ subscription moved from its current associated email address to the existing Disney account you use for your D23 Membership.* Please allow 24-48 hours for change to be reflected.

*Please note that moving your Disney+ subscription to another account may result in the loss of your viewing history.

Not currently subscribed to Disney+

If you are not a current subscriber to Disney+:

Visit DisneyPlus.com and sign up using the same email address as your D23 Membership.
